Our coating warranty.
Every ceramic coating we apply comes with a written warranty. Here is what it covers, what it does not, and what to do if something goes wrong.
What is covered
- Failure of the coating product itself, such as peeling or cracking.
- Poor workmanship in how the coating was applied.
If the problem is our fault or the product’s fault, we replace it free of charge.
What is not covered
- Scratches, dents, scrapes and other physical damage.
- Washing with acidic shampoos.
- Clay bar or polishing of the coated paint by anyone else.
- Neglect, such as sun exposure, bird droppings, bug guts or tar left on the paint.
Keeping it valid
A coating lasts longer when it is looked after. To keep your warranty in place:
Wash by hand with a pH-neutral shampoo and clean mitts. Avoid acidic wheel and wash products on the paint. Clean bird droppings and bug residue promptly. Do not clay or polish the coated paint. Come back to us if you want that done.
We give you written aftercare instructions with your certificate.

Questions
How long does the warranty last?
It matches the coating. A 3 year coating has a 3 year warranty, and a 5 year coating has a 5 year warranty.
Does it transfer if I sell the car?
No. The warranty belongs to the original customer and does not transfer if the car is sold.
Does the warranty cover SkyGloss Fusion?
Fusion is coming soon. Its warranty terms will be published once they are confirmed with the manufacturer.
Do I need to bring the car back for maintenance washes?
No, but it helps. A regular wash done properly keeps the coating working. We offer maintenance details for this reason.
What about my rights under consumer law?
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is in addition to those rights.
